Concrete Finisher
Job Description
RMK Concrete Services is hiring a concrete finisher to join our crew in Pittsburgh. This is a hands-on role for someone who already has at least one year of concrete or construction experience and understands the pace and expectations of job site work. We handle residential concrete projects like driveways, patios, sidewalks, and slabs, and we need someone who can step in and contribute right away. Day to day, you will be involved in site prep, forming, pouring, finishing support, and cleanup. You should be comfortable working with tools, following direction, and staying productive throughout the day. This is physical work and requires consistency, attention to detail, and a willingness to do things the right way. We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision. We want someone reliable who shows up on time, communicates clearly, and takes pride in their work. If you have experience on concrete crews and want steady work with a team that values doing the job right, this is a good fit.
REsponsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and grading
- Set forms and prepare concrete pours
- Help pour, level, and finish concrete
- Clean and maintain tools and job sites
- Follow directions from crew leads and maintain safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 1 year of concrete or construction experience
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
- Strong work ethic and consistency

- Full-time work based on project needs and weather conditions
Compensation
Pay will be discussed based on experience
